Register for AIPLA’s Seminar:
The seminar will take place on Thursday, June 17, 2021, at 9:30am PDT.
WEBINAR TOPIC
This webinar is about different ways of appealing claim rejections issued by the Patent Office. Prosecuting a patent application can be challenging and unpredictable because the Patent Office may keep rejecting the claims based on the references that an applicant finds irrelevant or deficient. Hence, after a few rounds of prosecution, the applicant may decide that appealing the rejections is the only viable option.
In this webinar, the speakers will discuss several options for appealing final rejections in the USPTO and the EPO. The authors will provide solutions for selecting the mechanisms that may meet the clients’ expectations and promote the clients’ business.
